By using our Services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms, or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

EntraLock provides advanced quantum-resistant communication solutions designed to protect sensitive data against current and future cryptographic threats, including those posed by quantum computing ("Harvest Now, Decrypt Later" attacks). Our Services are built upon National Security Agency (CNSA 2.0) standards and employ cutting-edge Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) algorithms.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You shall not use the Services to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where EntraLock is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principle. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
